General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and l89a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l89a website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, the Super Wheel, and the integrated Wallet.

By registering an account on l89a, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use l89a. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

l89a operates as an online gambling and sports betting platform. Use of the platform is voluntary. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. Nothing in these Terms or elsewhere on the l89a platform constitutes a guarantee of winnings or a representation that any particular outcome is likely or certain.

l89a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via the registered email address associated with your l89a account or via a prominent platform notification. Continued use of l89a following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the l89a Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions that apply to individual bonus offers. All such documents form part of the overall agreement between you and l89a.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of l89a services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino games, slots, and the Super Wheel — you must register a valid account. Registration is free. Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active l89a account at any given time.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. l89a uses this information for account security, identity verification, and payment processing. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

l89a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at its discretion, l89a may require you to submit documentary evidence of identity and address. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Address verification may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement issued within the past three months.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times. l89a will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at [email protected] immediately. l89a cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause is your own failure to maintain credential security.

• Provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it up to date.
• Use a strong, unique password for your l89a account and do not share it with any third party.
• Complete KYC verification promptly when requested to avoid withdrawal delays.
• Notify l89a support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not register more than one account under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to use your l89a account or access your credentials.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering an account on l89a, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility — not l89a's — to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to you in Bangladesh.

l89a may require age verification documentation at any point — including before any deposit is processed or any withdrawal is approved. Documentary evidence of age may include a Bangladesh National Identity Card, a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is complete.

Where an account is found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting the value of any bets placed during the period of use. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be registered as a self-excluded player on l89a or any other platform where a cross-platform self-exclusion agreement applies. You must also not be acting on behalf of a third party or be employed in a capacity where access to l89a creates a professional conflict of interest.

Deposits & Withdrawals

l89a supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion applied. l89a does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your l89a Wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your Wallet depending on your issuing bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval. Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) withdrawals typically complete within 2 hours during business hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. Ensure your account is verified to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit on your account are not permitted.
• l89a does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party accounts. The account must belong to the registered l89a account holder.

l89a reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, l89a will notify the account holder and provide the opportunity to respond before any final decision is made. l89a's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

Bonuses & Promotions

l89a offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, Super Wheel multiplier events, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (16 December). All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all l89a bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only.
• Each offer may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the Wallet.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering completion process.
• l89a does not permit the use of bonus funds in conjunction with low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit. Such activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

l89a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, l89a will endeavour to honour the original terms for the opt-in period already completed, provided no abuse has occurred.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All l89a account holders are required to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not adversely affect the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders at all times.

You must:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interactions.
• Use l89a services for your own personal recreational entertainment only.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh relevant to your use of the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
• Contact l89a support promptly if you become aware of any error, technical fault, or irregular behaviour on the platform that may affect game outcomes or account balances.

You must not:

• Attempt to access, tamper with, or interfere with the l89a platform's technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or software in any way.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Engage in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use the l89a platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Knowingly exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate credits, winnings, or other benefits. Any such winnings must be reported to support and will not be honoured.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward l89a support staff or other platform users.
• Register an account if you have previously been excluded from l89a or if you are a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of l89a or its game providers.

Account Suspension & Closure

l89a may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, underage use, duplicate account creation, bonus abuse, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, prohibited conduct as described in Section 6, and failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, l89a will notify the account holder at the registered email address. The account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide evidence or explanation before any final closure decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent further harm — for example, suspected fraud or money laundering, where accounts may be frozen without prior notice.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request or as a result of self-exclusion — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened except where closure was the result of a verified error on l89a's part.
• Attempting to re-register after a closure for breach of Terms is prohibited and any new account will be closed immediately upon detection.

Liability & Disputes

l89a provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, fault-free operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all features will function without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions (including those affecting bKash, Nagad, and game providers), or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l89a's total liability to any account holder in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that account holder in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. l89a is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of expected winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Where a technical error causes a game to malfunction, display incorrect odds, or produce an outcome that is inconsistent with the game's normal rules, l89a reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the account holders involved. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous result — for example, a game malfunction or a manifest error in published odds — will not be honoured.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], including your account username, the date of the disputed event, the transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue.
• l89a support will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 24 hours and assign it to a compliance officer for review.
• A full written response will be provided within 5 business days. Where complex investigation is required, an interim update will be provided within 5 days and a final response within 15 business days.
• l89a's final decision on any dispute is binding. If you remain unsatisfied, you may seek independent advice, though l89a makes no representation about the availability of external dispute resolution bodies in your jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of fair dealing and consumer protection as understood in Bangladesh. l89a is committed to operating transparently, fairly, and in the best interests of its players. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory right that you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer law.
